Git

Git is free and open source version control software. It’s open source and so it can be self-hosted and we will host it for you. Git is pre-installed on all of our servers and that includes the client and the server.

Our Control Panel has a built in Git Management tool to allow you to create your own repositories as you wish. Our system includes a full backup of all files twice a day and we store those on a separate server for 7 days for shared hosting and 15 days for VPS hosting. You can download a backup and have a full copy of your repository in git format.

We also have GitList available on all servers and you can install GitList for any repository at the click of a button.
